Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the assigned region.

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales and operational professionals.

  • Develop and implement performance management systems for the team.

  • Analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Oversee all operational aspects of the business within the region, including inventory, logistics, and customer service.

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and efficiently.

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

  • Prepare and present reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in sales and management, with a proven track record of success.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
