Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee relations.

  • Assist with the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.

  • Onboard new employees by completing paperwork, providing company information, and facilitating orientation sessions.

  • Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment, deductions, and claims processing.

  • Address employee inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR data and metrics.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HR laws and regulations.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1+ years of experience in an HR or administrative role.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.

  • Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
