Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective lectures on various healthcare topics.

  • Facilitate interactive discussions, group activities, and workshops to enhance learning.

  • Assess student knowledge and skills through various methods (e.g., exams, assignments, presentations).

  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their understanding and skills.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in healthcare practices and incorporate them into the curriculum.

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of student progress.

  • Collaborate with other instructors and program coordinators to ensure the quality and consistency of the program.

  • Participate in curriculum development and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant healthcare field (e.g., Nursing, Allied Health, Public Health) or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with experience in teaching or education.

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare principles, practices, and procedures.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to engage and motivate students in a classroom setting.

  • Effective assessment skills and ability to provide constructive feedback.

  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
