Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.

  • Identify and analyze business problems and opportunities for improvement.

  • Develop and recommend solutions to meet business needs and achieve strategic goals.

  • Develop and document functional specifications and technical requirements.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, stakeholders) to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

  • Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications for developers.

  • Create and maintain business process models and documentation.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest business analysis methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role.

  • Proven track record of successfully analyzing business needs and developing effective solutions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., UML diagrams, data flow diagrams).

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Passion for business process improvement and a desire to make a positive impact on the organization.
