We are seeking an experienced and motivated Audit Manager to join our team. As the Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of audit professionals in the execution of financial statement audits. You will be responsible for planning and supervising audits, ensuring compliance with auditing standards, and communicating audit results to clients and management. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

  • Lead and manage a team of audit professionals in the execution of financial statement audits.

  • Develop and implement audit plans based on identified risks and company priorities.

  • Assign audit tasks and monitor the progress of audit engagements.

  • Review and supervise the work of audit staff.

  • Identify and assess risks related to fraud, waste, and abuse.

  • Recommend improvements to internal controls and business processes.

  • Prepare audit reports and present findings to clients and management.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant auditing standards and regulations.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting pronouncements and auditing best practices.

  • Manage and develop the audit team.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.

  • 5+ years of experience in public accounting, preferably in a large or mid-sized firm.

  • Proven experience in leading and managing audit teams.

  • Strong technical expertise in accounting principles and auditing standards.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to professional integrity.
